Disclaimer:

By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into between the seller and purchaser. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the price or stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

Payment methods

Credit/Debit cards:
We accept payment via VISAcard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

Prices:

All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment or delivery charges. Klitmøller Collective retains the right to change prices at any time. Prices are displayed in DKK and Euro.

Age restrictions:

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.

Import duties and taxes:

Please note that local charges (customs duty and/or sales tax) can occur when purchasing from a country outside the EU. These charges are at your own expense.

Right of return:

Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. Purchases made from November 1st to December 31st can be exchanged or returned before January 14th. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded the value of the product(s), excluding the shipping.

  • All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
  • No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging.
  • Hats and caps must be returned in a box to protect their form.

Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.

If you wish to exchange an item for another colour or size then place an order for the new item and return the original. The purchase price of the original item will be refunded upon receipt and inspection.

Warranty claims:

All Klitmøller Collective products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact customer care. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a detailed description of the claim.

Shipping

Klitmøller Collective sends orders with GLS. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. If you need tracking info, please contact us.

Delivery time:

European orders: 1-3 working days.
Other countries: 2-5 working days..

Shipping rates:

Denmark and Germany:
All orders of DKK 600,- (80€) or more will be sent free of charge.
Orders for less: DKK 60,- (8€).

Rest of the EU and Norway:
All orders of DKK 1.500,- (200€) or more will be sent free of charge.
Orders for less: DKK 200,- (27€).
